Conscious Leadership workshop

This workshop is an invitation to business owners and leaders who have a sense that there is a healthier, happier and more sustainable way to be in business.   It is an invitation to explore leadership from a new perspective (from the inside out).  To begin with “me” and expand awareness out to everyone (and everything) you connect with.  Download more info on the workshop here or watch this short video to find out more.

Pressing Pause retreat

This one day retreat is for anyone who has an awareness of mindfulness and mindfulness practice and who would like to re-connect with being more mindful in their everyday lives.  It is an opportunity to press pause on the busy-ness of life and work, step off the treadmill and re-focus on what is truly important.  There will be guided sitting practices, mindful movement and time spent outside in the stunning natural surroundings of the Perthshire countryside.

When? 20th May 2018, 10am – 4pm

Mindfulness Taster Sessions

If you’ve heard of mindfulness and you are not sure exactly what it is, how you do it or why it might be of benefit to you, why not come along to one of these free taster sessions.  You’ll have an experience of what mindfulness is, find out what the 8 week course (see below) is all about and have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.  There are currently 2 dates to choose from:

Mindfulness Based Living Course

What if there was a way to stay more focused, not get knocked off balance by distractions or constant change and to feel more relaxed and in control?  How would that help you in your life, work and business?  Mindfulness helps you to deal with the challenges you face in today’s busy, complex, uncertain and demanding world with more ease.  This 8 week course enables you to build the foundations of a more mindful approach to life with the benefit of support from a qualified mindfulness teacher and a small group of people who are also starting out on their mindfulness journey.  Download more info on the course here.

When? Beginning on 23rd August 2018 then every Thursday until 18th October 2018, between 7pm – 9pm

How much? £240 which includes guided audio practices, a handbook and a one day retreat.

Mindfulness Drop-in Sessions

It can be challenging to develop and sustain a regular mindfulness practice, even if you have attended an 8 week course (see above).  That is why I run regular drop-in sessions for anyone who has (or has had in the past!) a mindfulness practice but who feels they would benefit from the additional support to keep on track.  There is no obligation to book in advance, you can just turn up.  If you know that you will commit to coming each month you can pay in advance for the year and get a discount.

When? From 5th June then first Tuesday of each month, 7pm-9pm
Where? Strathearn Artspace, Crieff, Perthshire
How much? £10 per session or £90 the full year.
