It's not easy to reconnect with the simple way of being when you are in the midst of the river of doing that is everyday life, which is why creating time to pause and step back from it all is so powerful.


These retreats offer you the opportunity to cultivate that peacefulness for the body, mind and soul in a nourishing, inspiring and beautiful location with a small group of similarly mindful and compassionate people and guided by an experienced mindfulness and compassion coach.

I am delighted to be teaming up with wonderful Tina Logan at her guest house and yoga studio for our first Meditation and Yoga retreat.
