Ok, so what does relax actually mean?  The dictionary tells us that to relax is “to make or become less tense or anxious”, “to make (a rule or restriction) less strict”.

Aha!  So, it’s not just about doing nothing!  In fact, it is about being less strict and placing less restrictions on ourselves.
