An important part of my transformation has been studying and practicing mindfulness.  I have practiced mindfulness meditation since 2011, I have taught mindfulness since 2016 and graduated from the University of Aberdeen with a Masters Degree in Studies in Mindfulness in 2018.

Mindfulness is a state of mind, a way of being and how we can approach every aspect of our lives.
One of the most effective ways to cultivate a more mindful approach is to press pause, sit (or lie) down and meditate.

Here are some guided meditations and relaxations which will support you on your journey.

Press Pause

This is a 10 minute practice which will help your mind to settle and your body to relax.  This is the foundational practice for all mindfulness practices and a great one to start with if you are new to mindfulness.

Breathing Space

This short, 3 minute practice, is ideal if you find yourself overwhelmed by a difficult situation and need to regain your balance. It is also a useful practice to do regularly throughout your day.

Rose, Thorn and Bud

This 15 minute practice invites you to reflect on your day, bringing into awareness what was good, what was challenging and what you are grateful for. This invites you to open up to the essence of mindfulness - acceptance.

Time Traveller Visualisation

This is a short visualisation which has been recorded specifically to support you as we transition through the Covid-19 experience.  It takes you on a journey where you reflect on your experience over the past few months, recalling key events, how you responded, how you felt and what you learned.  You are also invited to think forward to how you'd like your life and/or business to be in early 2021.

Relaxation for people who can't relax

Most of us acknowledge that relaxing is a good thing to do and many of us would love to to it more often!
However, it is not always easy to do especially if you have a busy life and a busy mind.
This 20 minute relaxation will guide you through the steps to take to allow yourself to relax and experience all of the benefits that come from a more relaxed body, mind and soul.

Relax into sleep


Many of us find sleep tricky from time to time and for some it is a nightly battle. 

Getting off to sleep, wakening up and not being able to drift off again and not getting enough deep sleep are some of the challenges we experience in those times.

This 20 minute meditation helps you break free from the inner battle and stress of not sleeping and will help you relax, let go and allow sleep to find you.
